I found a deck amongst my many that I forgot to label. It seems to have two distinct sets of card that are opposite suits and 4 non-matching cards. 2D, 3C, 8H, 9S, QD, KC 4 sets of that pattern 4 sets of 2C, 3D, 8S, 9H, QC, KC and 4 odd cards 6S, 10C, 4D, 7D. Any help would be appreciated. Based on where I found it in my house, it may be associated with a Docc Hilford effect but that is a long shot guess at this point. Thanks in advance for you wisdom and expertise!

I think this may be Docc Hilford's Cassandra Deck. Can anyone that is familiar with the deck confirm this? You can do it through private message if you'd prefer.
