It's...ok. Mike Ammar teaches it on one of his ETM Invisible thread series videos. If I remember correctly, you need a thread reel to perform it, and one does not come with the effect. It looks alright, but I've seen a lot stronger floating effects than this. The whole pillow thing - just doesn't seem right.

I may be mistaken but think that I remember (from watching the Mike Ammar thread DVDs) that the effect was invented by James George (who performed it on the Ammar DVDs). Does anyone know if this is an original effect of James'?
