I have 5 bottles and on this particular routine I'm working on I would like to be able to pour out liquid into a glass from the last bottle I produce. Any suggestions how to seal the bottom of a bottle?

E-6000 glue/sealant with a circle of thick plastic or galvanized metal. E-6000 is a clear sealant you can find in most craft stores and even your dollar stores.

Just purchase a real bottle at the Liquor store.
My bottles match perfectly with the bottles sold in Liquor stores. Same label and all. You can do the floating glass while you are pouring. If you are going to use glue of some kind, just don't drink any of the liquid. |

Sale them and buy a new set Tora magic make some nice sets very cheap with the final bottle already prepared for liquid and they look very good realistic. The most important part of multiplying bottles is how real the bottles look.
