Hi, I am one of the, how shall we say, more mature practitioners of magic. I was taught my first magic trick in about 1960 (it was eating a piece of coal...). Since then I have been hooked and learned many many techniques. It has to be said that learning something and been good at doing it are two very different things!
My passion is comedy magic, I have been lucky enough to see people like Mac King in Vegas and John Archer in the UK. For me, laughter and magic are the perfect combination. I have never been a professional just an enthusiastic amateur. For the last 30+ years my kids have been subjected to a Christmas magic show and now my Grandchildren are getting the same treatment It's a pleasure to join the forum, hopefully, there is a lot more that I can learn fro you guys. |

Coppertop ...
welcome, like your thinking - John Archer is incredible. It's a fact, you can't buy that charisma "off the shelf". Something to be respected and an ambition to achieve. Wulfie |
