With regard to the 3rd item. I bought a coin vanishing board at Macy's Dept. store in NYC from Danny Tsokalas back in the 60s. It was not stained like the one in your picture, but otherwise looks the same. Here is an ad for one from present day: https://wundergroundmagicshop.com/products/miracle-coin-vanishing-board. Hope this helps.

The Coin Tray goes by several names along the line of Miracle Coin Board. It was featured on one of the Copperfield specials. Its a pretty cool prop if you have one that is well made. There are a few booklets on it as well. https://www.lybrary.com/the-coin-board-book-p-827955.html

First item is a pirate box. It is not a Mikame made but like it. Second is a rattle box that was sold by Stevens Magic I believe. It a copy of a German version. The third is a coin board which is one of David Copperfield's favorite trick to demo on the museum tour.
