Use the link to view this cool product.
http://www.dynaflex-intl.com/gyro_info.htm It is a gyroscopic ball that you can get to spin up to 13000 rpm. At those speeds it generates massive torque along the whole arm. It can feel like a 40lB object in you hand at some points. It has an rpm readout that functions as a timer/counter.

I have one of these. I got it at Sharper Image (has neato flashing lights). It doesn't really.....DO anything as far as fitness and all that stuff it claims, but it is fun! (A bit hard to get used to at first.)

Do 10 minutes per day, five each side. By 10 minutes I mean timed when your at a comfortable speed. For us magi it is best used at the fingertips at moderate speeds.
Do this without fail for 2 weeks and tell me you notice no change the challenge awaits I would say this. for every 10 minutes you do, you would need to do the equiv' in stretch/supple type exercise as a compliment. Just a little tip for magi using this ball. When at a good speed and you start to exercise, use motions that you would use with cards/coins ect. so, if I work my right hand, I would imitate the shuffle moves with the power-ball, or for riffles I would push my thumb forward and my fingers back and visa versa. Just try to anylize what you would do in performance and replicate the moves with the power-ball. It works! The key to getting a positive result is using motions you would in normal use of the hand/arm. Ps. It is good to make punches with the ball at a high speed, it gives you a straight and solid punch, if you need that sort of thing ;P
