Michael Kaminskas makes excellent chop cups, but his customer service is non-existent. I feel I should warn any purchasers to expect a total lack of support.
In late 2020 I bought a nice Carolina Chop Cup from him, and since then have emailed him a bunch of times about buying a back-up set of the special balls he supplies. (This cup is designed to use these specific balls, so if you lose them, you're out of luck. Thus the desire for back-ups.) In a year and a half of sending him emails, he has never had the courtesy to even reply. (Obviously, I was unable to obtain the back-up set of chop balls.) This post is a gentle warning to potential buyers of Kaminskas cups: After purchase, you're on your own. |

This is very odd. Mike is one of the most responsive guys in the industry. I have never had any issues. He has always been on top of his business and extremely helpful. One of the nicest guys you will meet too!

Try him on FB, he is there. Perhaps you have the wrong email address?

Not like Mike at all. I know he's been performing a lot lately. He may be away.
