The online world is toxic. For the sake of your mental health, let somebody else weed out the BS so you can focus on what's important. |

I don't want to interrupt anyone or come across as rude, but I would like to steer the conversation back to the main topic.
As a someone who has primarily focused on cards sleights for years, "The Table" by TCC & Airship Magic Mfg has opened up a whole new world of possibilities for me. I recently delved into the realm of coin magic, and this cute little table has been a game-changer in my journey. Without it I would have not bought some of David Roth's Books & DVD's. The transition from cards to coins can be intimidating at first I guess. The design and craftsmanship of "The Table" are truly remarkable. It's evident that professional furniture designers put thought and care into every detail. The use of solid African rosewood and the quality of construction make this an elegant and durable piece of magic equipment. The tablecloth used to conclude the routine is the perfect finishing touch. I kind of like it and I'm just as happy to practice with the table. |

This thread is wild! Anyways back to the trick, I think it is a great prop and I can see creating a great story around a great routine. Maybe sharing how I got into magic because I visited a magic theater when I was younger and watched a magician sit at the table and do something magical. I wanted to recreate that for you today, I don't have a theater, but I thought I would recreate the experience for you with the hopes that you too will develop a love for magic . . . pull out a small oriental rug mouse pad that someone else referred to in this thread, then pull out the table and share how you had a miniature version of the magician's table crafted. you in essence create a mini stage. I don't know, something like that I think could be very cool. I'm buying one.
