Paul,
Who, in your opinion, are some of the top 'workers' in the business who have low profiles in the world of magic and therefore remain relatively unknown. I know that you hold Bill Herz in high regard as a 'worker'. Any others?

Hi John,
Bill Herz is a great friend. He and I were partners for about 13 years in the '70's and '80's. He is just an awesome entertainer, but most importantly he is a consummate business man and unequalled schmoozer too. He has absolutely no interest in being well-known in the magic world. He has high interest in being well-known in the business world, especially the event planning part of that world, and he is. There are others too, who are "workers" who eschew the limelight of magicdom, and, no disrespect meant, I don't feel it's my place to bring that notoriety to them here. I hope you understand what I mean... Paul |
