Attention strolling performers, street performers, parlor performers, and almost anyone else that wants to have a great piece of Magic to perform along with great props. I purchased #1 of only 20 sets (from the first run) of the NEMO KNIFE THRU COAT from Pete Biro. The manuscript that accompanies the props states that the routine is a combination of Ken Brooke and Pete Biro. There is also a major influence from Glenn Haywood.
Here’s what you get: A great looking, substantial pocket knife, the manuscript detailing the history and handling of the knife through the coat plot, and that something special in its own carrying tube. The quality of the whole package is top-notch! The knife is about 3 ½ inches long and looks like a “high end” piece of cutlery (I just can’t get it to change color). It opens to be a little over 6 ½ inches in length and looks cool. The manuscript is six pages with color photo illustrations. You would expect clear photos from a professional photographer and they are more than that. The additional text “walks” you through two phases. The second phase of the routine can also be used alone. The something else is crafted well and will travel well in its own tube. I really like the caution about packing the props in your checked luggage, as they would never make it past the carry-on inspection points. The cost of the set is $65.00. I am sure that you will be able to purchase the set from Stevens Magic Emporium, but I bet if you hurry, a limited quantity are available directly by contacting Pete at petebiro@aol.com. I paid for my set, and those that want a quality set of props will glade do the same! Respectful regards, Paul Green PS I receive no financial consideration for this message. I just want you to know. |

Because you get two rings, a special pencil and a very limited production item. It's not for dillettantes.
