For all you comedy magic performers out there, which effect do you normally end your show with?

I usually end with an comedy escape from the locked chains then pull out the rising card box to find the spectators card that was a running gag in the beggining. I do this ending for my family show. Kids show is different and changes depending on where, when and if the kids had seen it before.

I am currently putting together a new show. But in the past I always ended with The McCombical prediction. It always gave me a lot of applause to say goodnite and walk off the stage.
The power is within us all...I'm just a little more full of it.

In a comedy show in the flat, I like ending with the vanishing 32 oz Coke. The routine is mine. When I hold up the "hollow tube" there is something stuck in it. Of course I tell the audience not to be bothered by that. That's just the end. Then I pull it out and it is a large "The End Silk". The tube is shown empty. (I have done that routine since about 1980. David Ginn, when did you sell me the two vanishing Coke bottles? Professional note: always buy at least two of a good prop.)

I always end with the Card on Forehead or Invisible Deck with the person I borrowed a bill from earlier in the show. The bill is then found in a lemon that I produce from my shoe. Always gets a great reaction and is IMPOSSIBLE to follow.

Depends on the character I'm using, but the best one so far is the one I use with cavemen joe. It's the old classical rabbit out of the hat trick. Here is how it goes:
I say that now its time for the famous rabbit trick (before I start I have to mention this. The plot and running gag of the rutine is the mystery bag which cavman joe has. It's a sort of a Mary Poppins bag where he produces every thing he needs from the bag, and most of the items are even larger than the bag.) So I plunge my hand into the hat, only to seem to have difficulty pulling the rabbit out. Then from the hat I produce a flag on an 8ft pole saying ON STRIKE. So I take a plunger out of the bag and use it on the hat. I pull RABBIT still attached to the plunger out of the hat. Then I notice that in my hand I have brown looking pellet thingys which I let fall to the floor. Then I produce a broom out of the bag and walk out sweeping the floor.

I often end with prof. Cheers comedy rope trick. It gets me off stage in a natural way, to get my shorts back on. However I have been known to produce to live goldfishes with the word sushi.

I usually end with either a Comedy Strait Jacket Routine or with Nigel the Puppet that Rocks and Talks.
