Hello all. I'm just starting in ballon modeling and would like to know if there are any sites on the web that teaches the basic figures.

http://www.balloonhq.com is probably your best starting point -it has a huge range of instructions from simple beginners stuff to very complex balloon models, with an indexed list of thousands of sculptures. I believe that you will need to know the very basic twists and be comfortable handling balloons before you try and learn from the internet though.
