I viewed one of my old dvd on classic magic.
One of the performer known as JOHNNY PAUL did a few tricks with dice & cards.. his torn & restored card is the best I've ever seen.. Has anybody else seen this magician perform on stage? He is very entertaining and funny.. |

I believe Stevens Magic has a tape of Johnny Paul. He was one of the first old time bar magicians from Chicago. He later moved to Vegas and had a second career there.

Ken Brooke used to say Johnny Paul was the greatest close up ENTERTAINER of our time.
Watching him work was more than a delight... it was a lesson in entertainment. Check out his Video from http://www.stevensmagic.com His cups and balls routine alone is worth gold.

Beg Borrow or stea... well you know Get a copy of the stevens tape. Johnny Paul was one of the true greats. I have used a version of his cards across for years and his handling of a bill tear in great. Contact Stevens Magic and see if this tape is still available.
