Hi everyone
I have just re-opened the escapes forum at the sideshow community boards. This forum is available to proffessionals only, and cannot be accessed by the general public. So anyone worried about discussing secrets can do so in private. I know that many of the people here are already members of the board, however those that aren't can easily get access by going to: http://com2.runboard.com/bthesideshowcommunity From there just click on the 'private escapes forum' at the bottom of the page, and you will be shown a page telling you that you need to apply for membership. As long as you are a pro I will sort out your access the same day you apply. I hope that all makes sense! Please PM me if I can be of any help. Cheers David Straitjacket

Does that mean I have my job back?

LOL
You never lost your job mate, your name is, and has always been, listed as a mod at the site. I just hadn't seen you around for ages! :) Cheers David

It took me a while too Stuart. I already accepted Peter McCohn to the new forum. Just as long as he does not teach us how to make a rock bleed...yuck

This seems interesting. However, I'd be interested in hearing your definition of 'pro'.

Up until now myself, and X-Treem (Shaun Ness), have accepted anyone who is known to us to work as an escape artist on a professional (I.E. paid) basis or who is otherwise involved in the art, such a maker of escape equipment. If we don't know them, then we ask around for those that do. Hey, its not a perfect system, but what do you want for free and easy? Cheers David

I was just wondering, because this sounds interesting to me. I do escapes, although not exclusively. and I was wondering if I would meet your criteria of a pro. I just didn't want to waste time applying, only to find out I'm nowhere near to what you consider a pro.
