Also there is a manuscript on The crazyman's handcuff, it is not Ammars though. He also, (Ammar,) has an older video that deals mainly with it.

All three can be found in the Harlan rubberband videos... Dunno what books, though.

I believe there is also a version of Broken and Restored Rubberband in the Ammar book, though I do not have the book with me at the moment to verify this.

All three of the effects mentioned are on the Michael Ammar classical renditions video easily available in the U.K.

All three of those effects can be found on the Michael Ammar video "Volume Two - Impromptu Rubber Band Magic"
Just go to google and search for a magic dealer in your area to support them. This video will be easy to find. If you're interested in learning some more tricks and can spare the money, Harlan has 4 rubber band tapes. They also cover the tricks you asked for, but the tricks are on different tapes.

I would imagine that book would be Elastrix. There are actually two volumes, number one written a couple of decades ago and volume two much more recently, which details Joe Reindflisch's (sp?) rubber band magic.

I have both volumes of elastrix. You can learn the CMH from them....Might take alot of practise and work as you really have a hard time seeing what's going on.
You will also learn two different broken and restored type tricks....decent at best. The harlan handling on bandshark I much prefer. You will not find any tricks in the books like the rubber ladder/traveling cash. The books are filled with little "tricks" mostly just filling pages. There is the nice reinflisch routine Scott just mention for penetrating a metal ring, 4-5 inch. The jo-dan link is also taught and one of the strongest effects taught in the books. There are a few other strong tricks too. If you have the money to spare, it wouldn't hurt to own these..but if you're budgeting, you can't loose with bandshark...
