Calling it Ouija software is like saying Mother Teresa could throw a mean Tarot.
However, if I were to tell you about a program that nearly reads your mind (imagine Conti-mental with a nifty Mondrian-like interface) that works the way a ouija board SHOULD work (using your mouse as a planchette and letting the ultra-intuitive software do all the work), what would you say? What if I told you it was free and you can get it here: http://www.inference.phy.cam.ac.uk/dasher/ Its a very novel concept with far more aspirations than psychic entertainment (faster text entry on Pocket PCs and more efficient written communication for the handicapped). Which you can read about here (and see the interface in action): http://www.inference.phy.cam.ac.uk/djw30/dasher/ |

Now THAT looks like fun!
It is good to see it might have a practical, and very worthwhile usage too. Now if I could just find the time to play with one more program I don't need..... Duncan
