One of the books that was recommended to my by Whit Hayden and others was Tom Osborne '3 Shell Game'. It cost me £2.50 ie $4.00 dollars and is absolutely fantastic.
32 different routines, practice sessions, many moves explained eg. 3 different methods of loading pea, many sucker moves. I would have paid 3x the amount for this information. Highly recommended
to the blue sky at the top of the hill...
