I've written about La Maggiore shells being too big for the one handed move and contacted Whit for advice. Both Whit and Andrew have given helpful advice on the merits of their shells. Thanks for that. The end result is that I have decided to buy a set of Street Shells therefore having a set of each, hopefully will be able to give a better opinion after getting them. Will have to keep them apart so that my wife will not realise that I have bought another set of shells !! She wouldn't understand.

I've solved your problem.
Just tell her the set comes with 6 shells.
3 for you. 3 for the spectator.

And they're a little different so you can tell them apart.

Tell her it's for the "Do as I Do Phase".

...which, I believe, is original with me!

By the way, ask her which she likes better.
And let us know...

That's so true, my wife does it differently, buys clothes saying I won't take the label of and try it on when I get home. I'll take back the one I don't like. OF course you will.....

You can always tell your wife (my mother used to do it all the time) that you saved her money as it carried a 50% off and you got two!

If you perform for money, buy her a nice gift (not steak!), and tell her that it's all down to those nice shells..

Don't expect the above line to work if you buy a third set
