You are looking for tossed point blank. I don't think that he puts it out anymore and I do not know how to contact him. I've been using this routine for a few years now and it plays really well.

It really isn't a card stab in the traditional sense where you actually stab a card, but it does involve the insertion of a hunting knife into a deck of cards.
