Im fifteen with a very restricted background on famous magicians of yesterday and even the majority now...
I greatly repect whom I do know are of talent but this is all irrelevant so I wil proceed... I URGENTLY need impromptu tricks I could perform on stage either with an accomplice or on my own. Ive been told my professionals I'm very talented so I don't think I would struggle too much with most suggestions, Does anybody know of tricks to this description? No need for things too special but things with real 'UMPH'? Its for teenagers 15 years and 16 etc so needs attitude

That trick in David Blaine's book can be done with your back turned or even over the phone.

I suspect more than half the people on this forum can't even be bothered trying to decipher your last post. I could be wrong ...

If your show is anytime in the next 3 months, then do the tricks that you already know. Just polish up your act and work on your table/stage setup and costume. If you have a few months to prepare and are looking for some good but basic magic, then take a look at your favorite magic book. I recommend Mark WIlsons Complete Course in magic book as it contains many effects for your routines that are accessible to beginning magicians like myself.
Enjoy!! Mike

Triple A,
You appear to be one of the few performers who actually does a rabbit out of the hat effect. You have developed your own patter for it that is good for audiences of different ages. I found this information about you in this thread. You are also familiar with Royal Road. How does design for laughter work for you? It is a strong effect. So is everywhere and nowhere. Your website tells me that you are a MC and manager for bands. Do you want to mix your magic personna with your music? What suggestions have these professionals made? What other magic do you know? When are you performing? What is your interest in magic? Cheers - El Lamo

I got dozens upon dozens of shows coin up...however the first few I'm already sorted for now...
I like escapism and the 'bigger' tricks like that aswell. I already do a mailbag escape...tied handcuffed blindfolded and tied in by a big member of the audience! that's my piece du resistance! I'm not after gettin my music involved with my magic, they're different feelings and emotions expressed. my music is kwite original but also not very compatible with any show or routine I'm used to performing. Thanks very much for your help!:') yours Chris

Professor's nightmare is a strong effect
cut and restored rope can follow a production box (mandarin production box) thumbcuffs (can be a fun and humorous routine) color changing streamer can be an opener while you are using your opening patter that's a good start |
