Hello:
It's one of the best tapes I've ever bought. He is an excellent thinker, and shows some extremely commerical routines. I just love his routine with the standard Invisible Deck. Also, if you do a search, you'll see quite a bit has been said about this tape. Hope this helps you. Ron |

I second Ron's thoughts. It's an excellent tape and the effect using the ID entitled Shake, Shuffle & Twist is brilliant, as are other effects on the tape including Tonsil Tickler (not his original effect, but he bought the rights). I'd also suggest that you purchase his booklet entitled In Over Your Head which describes his incredibly entertaining rope routine.

I agree with Ron and Larry. This tape is pure gold. Steve is very creative. I have used tonsil tickler a lot and it kills (i've modified the handling to make it much easier). Shake Shuffle and Twist and his deck through the box trick are equally amazing.

James, my recollection is somewhat fuzzy, but I believe it was invented by an unknown Russian magician or circus performer.
By the way, have you seen The Fielding West Comedy Magic Show DVD? He performs the Tonsil Tickler, and then later in the video he performs (and explains) the effect in reverse, that is to say he reaches into his mouth and slowly pulls out the fully inflated balloon. Larry D. |

Yeah, it is a great callback.

Thank you Larry,
Yes I do have the Fielding West DVDs. The reverse balloon swallow is an amazing! It would be great for all those people that ask "Where is the balloon?" James Linn
