Hey everyone!

I don't quite know whether I'd count myself as a beginner at magic, or not, but who cares! I'm writing in this section! Has anyone been watching the t.v. series 'Magic' on ITV recently. If you haven't, it focuses on a different style of magic each episode. It's fantastic! It tells you all about the history of magic, and so far they've had 'close-up magic', 'dangerous magic', 'violent magic', 'street magic', and 'card magic'. There are interviews with magicians like Ali Bongo, Paul Daniels, Paul Zenon and Penn and Teller. Its an absolute must!! The programme is nice and long as well- 1 hour 10 mins! It's great for beginners too!

Were you able to record the shows?

I have recorded them, but they are on a hard-drive (I'm using the sky plus system) I could put them on to c.d. but it might be a hassle. I'm really sorry! Although, I don't think the series is finished yet, so tune in to ITV and get watching!

Sounds great we don't always get those shows here in the States. Drat! But beware of making copies and distributing them, especially for money as it is highly unethical, often illegal and greatly frowned upon by staff here at the Café.

Just to correct you there, the series "Magic" was shown on BBC2, not ITV.

I don't recieve the channel but I wish I did

I wish they could also air it here in the Philippines.

Sounds cool. Maybe it will get popular and make it other areas.
