I 'm very interested in that dvd and I 'd like to know some particolar....
What's inside?How much is it complete about CMR...?How much is it pratical....? How is it related to previous books....? Etc ETC Thx very much

Spaghetti, I guess you're talking about Banachek Psi series vol 3.
So, this dvd is a really great way to make a first step in CMR I think. It gives you the basis of CMR and ways to practice it and also some routines. It's not something easy, it needs to practice a lot but it's a great tool when mastered. If you're not familiar with CMR, go for that one, great place to start. Hope this helps. |
