Depends what you are interested in. Sections are divided into area of interests. There is a Special Interest are with a Gospel magician related forum.

It all depends in which field of magic you are interested. If you can specify a bit, then we can probably be of more help.

I like cards and coin type stuff that makes for easy impromptu. I have no real interest in doing any sort of "production". Thanks guys.

I say this to all who want to learn "impromptu" magic. Check out the "Jawdroppers" video series from Larry Anderson. I bought this years ago when it came out and I still use the material to this day. It has very easy to do magic that is perfect for the beginner to the advanced working professional. There is magic there that can be used in everyday situations with everyday items. I totally agree with Phil , Jawdroppers is a great way to start. There are actually many effects from that series that could be done in a professional show. If you prefer books, I suggest Mark Wilsons Course in Magic. From thereon you can decide which specialization you want to take.
