Pleasure it’s a brilliant effect and much overlooked imo . I have had it probably 15 years and seen a few select pros keeping it as a hidden working gem and I have witnessed its impact many a time . I just personally have to get around a couple of little nuances that I mentioned that I find holding me back using it regularly . I am certainly going to give it another good try Gaz 🙂

Thompson's My Best (c. 1945), and was created by Joseph Kolar in the early 1920's and used by him in his vaudeville act before it was first released by Thayer Quality Magic in c. 1927. I have updated my site with more credits. As I note I think Tag is more memorable because you get to leave the card with a tag or your business card in the spectator's hand but there is no doubt the effect and method are the same as Kolar's and giving a credit to these early inventors is always important which is why I have added it to my site for all to see in the future. Tag is a great trick and so was the Kolar Card Trick 80+ years before it! andy

What’s the best adhesive for 100% separation without the gimmick riding between a number of cards ? It’s a brilliant effect other than the like a say a few nuances . Also the cards need to be very new to stop this I have found Gaz 😊
