Assume this must have been asked before but I wonder what is the strongest invisible thread on the market today.
In my case strength is more important that invisibility. I have Vectra X2 but wonder if you guys have any other recommendations. |

I sent a similar question to emagicsupply a while back, as Steve seems to be working on this more then anyone in magic.
His wife sent me a several samples so that I could work on and test the effect I was trying to see if any of it could handle the weight of a jumbo playing card for a card effect. I thought that was very gracious of them. Although, I was hoping they could give the tensile strength for their IT, but I forgot to ask at the time of contact. So I had to use the trial an error method, and found my answer. |

Magic-son sent me a bit of the thread he found. Good stuff. A lot like Vectra.

There are some thin fishing lines that works well.
Visit an anglers shop and you vill find different diameters and what weight each carries. |

Fishing line tends to be shiny. Ya gotta rough it up with sandpaper and stripe it with a Marks-A-Lot.
