Just when I think Ellusionist can't go any further off the deep end, they admit to faking a review for Air Ambitious by Tom Elderfield.

I am sorry to say that I had a terrible experience with Ellusionist, some how they shipped a package to a wrong address, even though I provided the correct address through pay pal, no big deal, package was returned to them. They contacted me and said, if I pay another 4.00 for shipping they will send it right out. I paid the 4,00 that day, verified the address again, all should be good, Nope. I Waited several weeks, they said do their large sale, there was a delay in shipping. I completely understand the issues that COVID has brought, so I just asked if they still had my packages and they confirmed. I received several decks of cards that I ordered from them, hoping the other package would be in transit. After several emails, they told me they sent it to the wrong address again. A bit disappointed, I waited to hear back from them, several weeks passed and I inquired about my package, I was told yes it was sent again and gave me a tracking number. When I check the number it was from the packaged that was returned, they did not send the package. When I told them of the error, they told me they were out of stock of one of the items, but it was coming in that day. I waited three more days to reach out again by email ( by the way, I called 5 times asking for a return call, crickets). When my email was returned they told me the shipment did not come in as expected. I asked for a refund at that time, they refunded the product but not the shipping. After another inquiry they refunded the 4.00 but not the other shipping.
I understand when issues happen, my issue is that they did not reach out to let me know of problems, they showed no signs of caring about the problems, it was the absolute worst customer service expierince I have ever had and I have bought a considerable amount. All I asked for was communication and consideration. It is a competitive market, I will do business where they care about the customer |
