New Shell Design - Natural Looking Weighted Walnut Shells

I have found that a heavy walnut shell can work better in many ways if the walnut shell is easy to grip.
All of the new bronze Weighted Shell Set Series is easy to have a good grip with the extra weight.

Most heavy walnut shells that have been made are all made of metal from the inside and out.
This is fine if you want an unnatural flashy-looking walnut shell.
Most all-metal shells are polished on the outside that can also make them more slippery where the shell can slip out from your fingers with the extra weight.

This new shell design brings a realistic-looking walnut shell with good added weight from the inside of the shell.

This is a two-casting process where the first casting is done with a natural walnut-colored resin for the outer layer of the shell.
The second casting is done with a cold cast bronze metal material that bonds to the outer layer to bring the added weight to the inside of the shell.
The inside of the shell is a dark brown finish that is not polished out.

This brings a natural-looking color contrast shell that handles and works great.

You will find these shells to bring a smooth pea steal and a pea load without any unwanted shell movement.
At this time they are only made with the classic type shell bottom. The shells can work with a soft pea or a cork ball.

If the shells are used with a cork ball it brings all the features of the bottom ridged shell.
Where you have full control of the cork ball of staying inside the shell or coming out of the shell for the ball steal.
