I sold an item and the buyer doesn't remember the description the way I do. The sold item listing is gone. Is there a way to confirm the exact wording on the post?

If you remember what you named the sold item listing or even better the link you may be able to retrieve it through the google cache or archive.org

That would be the best thing to do. Once we delete a posting, we can't get it back.

I don't think that will work as that section is hidden and will not show up on google site searches (I tried on an existing FS post).
I still recall the day I met Beaker from the Muppets. He said to me "Meep, meep, mee mee mee Meep!", and that has made all the difference.

Appreciate the help. From now on I will copy the sales text into the private message I send so there can be no question.
Luckily this was not a high dollar sale so I'll settle it any way the buyer wants. |
