I am thinking of purchasing some books and I wonder if anybody can review the following items.

Try the Impossible is excellent Aronson. So it all depends if you like Aronson's style of magic: magician-fooling card magic, with more emphasis on mental techniques than sleight of hand. It's the kind of magic you'll find you're doing for yourself and you fool yourself even though you know what you did. Some of his work involves a memorized stack.
That said, if you're looking for commercial stuff for non-magicians, this may not be the best route to go. It really depends on the kind of performer you are, and who your audience is. Jack Shalom
