Why put a cable in a rope, if you are going to have it break apart? This is asking for trouble. It is just an accident waiting to happen. Better off with an ordinary thick hemp rope and not place that it come apart. Not that I suggest doing any of them. Nothing new anymore, and even women have done it.

I agree. That was why after the first few times I did attach a fire extinguisher to the rig. You can see it in this photo. http://starry.com/magic/legend.htm

But still a good idea. The only problem is that it is a lot more difficult to put out the fire hangin' upside down than you'd think. I never really put it out before I got down.
