I'm seeking advice on the method described in Swami/Mantra (from someone who has experience performing this). In particular, what sizes and types of needles and thread should be used. I have already searched the Café as well as Slim's website.
Please do not judge by my number of posts, I have been a serious student of magic for many years.

Hey, if your talking about sewing through your skin. Then you just do it. I hurts a little bit, but you can get past it. I just use a long, thin needle, and cotton sewing thread. when you put on the thread and you skin comes up people scream. It's great!
