Thanks for the information. Budgies and dogs play an important role in my life - and that with the budgie is no joke...

For some obvious reason, playing with the death theme maybe extremely disturbing for some people. Especially those who recently lose a relative. You never know what kind of reaction you may receive.
That's the reason why some textconstructions may contain "side doors" within their structures. If someone really overreacts, don't stop the story/effect (exept in you're in a one to one situation) but open the side door, and slide through it. It almost never happens, but... According to the situation, you may also have different texts fot the same routine and decide which one to use. This is the case of my "PACT" routine. The one in Capricornian Tales is the "easy" one. But I have another version, far more impressive, theatrical and dark. I love that version far much than the original one, but in an animation situation I use the first one. In a theatrical context I paly the darker version. |

BTW, Paolo Cavalli’s “Omicron” has a great Tarot effect about death, at the very end.

Luke jermay has an effect in his book, 'building blocks', which I find is extremely nice to relate to the death theme
Its called 'divided by hate' if my memory suits me well. He illustrates how hate can cause something beautiful to wilter and die. Demostrating this with a live rose on the table which when a shadow is cast, slowly withers and dies right in front of the spectator. No switches. I think it can be incorporate with the fact of perhaps the person's heart dying with the demise of his love ones and wats once beautiful is now no longer, etc. And the fact that roses can be associated with beauty is a nice side note. just a thought that's all.. cheerios
