For a walk-around setting the five effects I'd probably end up performing the most would be:

Card to Mouth
Lit
2 Card Monte
Quantum Bender 2.0 Coin Bend
Ring Flight Revolution

I tend to try and adapt to the situation the best I can. I also get to my spot and see how the situation is going to go. Then I go back to my car and change my props.

Yep, the angles on the jumbo 52 on 1 card can be a killer. That and every kid knows how the thing works nearly instantly.

1. Five Card Opener - to breast pocket for walk around.
2. Black I's - My favorite sponge routine.
3. Ring on Sting, with pro flight ending.
4. Thumb Cuff escape.
5. Custom Smart Ass with Baby gag.
That is my walk around set as of now.

After reading every post on this thread I have to say that IMHO Frank is the only real magician here. LOL

I tried but the hankey just drops thru the wooden hoop and hits the floor.

Nobody seems fooled.

It's hard to say what my top 5 are but if I had to choose from audience reation they would be:
Ambitious card to wallet
Sponge balls/rabbits
Bannon's Stranger's Gallery
coins across or one coin routine
rubberband routine
also, a multiple selection routine

Wow, I posted this over 5 years ago. Not much has changed (which is a good thing I guess because the old stuff still works great!) but I guess my updated list would be:
Ambitious Card to Kennedy Box
Multiple Selection Routine
Sponge Rabbits
3 Shell Game
Chop Cup

I have a variety but if you want to pack small then try:

Flipper coin - (throw it in a martin glass and a coin instantly vanishes. Make it reappear somewhere else - nice intro trick)

Coin unique - where the coin is disappeared by putting both coins under an inverted glass and hovering my hand palm down about four inches above the glass. I then make a good 30 seconds fuss of moving my hand around in the air slowly and mysteriously and I tell the audience that I am "charging" the glass with energies from the magicosphere. I then slowly lower my stretched palm onto the to of the glass and swirl it around slowly without touching the coin. Then I speed it up and eventualy do the magic and make one of the coins disappear. It knocks 'em out every time. I usually make the coin appear from behind my suit lapel (I stitched a small leather strip loop in between my lapel and actual suit to hold a coin)

Color changing monte - but using a gimmicked bicycle card of a real "red suit" available from http://www.cards4magic.co.uk

Wild cards

Brainwave deck

Troy Hooser's Charming Chinese Coins. I bought dollar sized black/gold chinese coins and a red ribbon. So elegant and a winner with ze ladies!

Spirit glass (take two so you an repeat this four times)
If you're not looking for it you won't find it!

I second Charming Chinese Challenge. Packs small, plays big.
I really recommend the "Real Man's Coin Purse" for carrying this effect. Makes the introduction of the extra invisible.

1- Current Classic - Carney - Sponge Balls
2- Ethereal Pack - Carney - ACR gone bad, w/ a kick.
3- Crazy man's handcuffs - 3 or 4 stages
4- 2 card transpo - various versions depending on seating arrangement, or standing arrangement of specs.
5- Invisible Deck or a 3 person mnemonica routine, depending on which I am carrying and how many people are around me.
