What is your top 10.
1. Can you vanish my wife (or bill)?
2. How do you do that?

Do you also have some ideas or suggestions about a reply?

So what do you really do for a job? Really? You can make a living doing magic? Only magic? Nothing else?

Can you make a million dollars appear? (I've been asked this one dozens of times!)

Do the hot wings come with the large peperoni?

But seriously folks...

One of the questions I'm most often asked is, "Did you go to some sort of school to be a magician?"

To which I normally reply, yes, I'm an alumni of "Fooling U.."

I was performing last year at an Easter egg hunt. I had a little girl approach me and ask "Did you go to school at Hogwarts?" Then she asked "Do you know Harry Potter?" I just smiled and continued my performance. They were silly questions, but they made me smile from ear to ear. It's little stuff like this that can really give you a boost of confidence.

I think you've got the top 10 between you all.
Heres a few more I get often:
Do you like David Blaine/Paul Daniels?
Do you remember David Nixon?
Did you have a magic set as a kid?
Is it because the hand is quicker than the eye?
Can you cheat at poker?
For Rocky, always: Is he real?

Get that one a lot. I hate that question. It shows people's small mindedness.

I forgot one important one that I get a lot. Can I take you with me to the casino to do some gambling?

Phil. I love it when a kid asks me those type of questions at a party, It allows me to go into a Huge Elaborate Story about the adventures that we had together. The Kids listen to you with awe. It is a lot of fun.

I wear pinstriped zoot suits, a big hat, long chain, spectator shoes, and a pinky ring.

Usually before or after my shows, I get a person pointing to a friend or coworker, saying "Can you make that person disappear?"

..To which I reply.... very seriously... and looking around first to make sure nobody else is listening...

"Yes. My 'family' is a good family, and we CAN do that. We have a long list of requests, but we'll definitely help you out if you can make a deposit of $900 cash. You'll never hear from them again. Would you prefer cement shoes or a Louisville Slugger?"
