I've always been fooling around with thumb**** and other gimmicks, but then I saw David Blaine on TV, and that gave me the push I needed to get into serious magic. Now I've been looking into street magic and other close up magic.

Philemon Vanderbeck Inner circle Seattle, WA 4697 Posts	Posted: Sep 24, 2002 07:59 pm 0 Well met CardSharp, If it's true "street magic" you're interested in (and not the stuff that Blaine did), then you might be interested in taking a look at the recent Cellini DVD/video on the subject. It won't teach you any new tricks, but it will show you how to put together an act that will play on the streets. On the other hand, Cellini also recommends that you do only one card trick at most in a performance set.
