Many years ago I had the change and the pleasure to meet this Gentleman of cards miracles during a Magic Convention in Montreal. Since then, the magic aura left by M. Garcia gave me wings to overcome all the difficulties of learning and practicing magic.
I remember his unrivalled two fingers changing card. It was so visual and unbelievable. I still can hear all the WOWs he generate effect after effect during the privacy of a cocktail after his wonderful and memorable lecture on card magic.
I want to hear from you if M. Frank Garcia had a similar or significant influence on you in the past. Or at least share good memories from him with us.

Yes Andre, he touched many of us in NYC. He was quite a character.

He was supportive of my efforts to create new magic. He liked one of my tricks well enough to include it in one of his books.

He added to the NY magic scene, and is missed.
