So David. What is the actual deal with your user photo.
Are you just posing in a silly way, or is what we see an actual move during one of your effects/routines? If it is a secret move to load the card, what I really want to know is what you do to misdirect your audience from what is going on. I have other ideas about this, I'm sure you most likely order "a la card" when you visit the Café.... I know, I bet this is how you gotta do it in those really classy places where your not supposed to eat with your fingers. Is this your original move? If not, who do you credit it to? Dan

Hi Dan,
Actually that's a cropped version of a photo with the background removed that was taken by an excellent photographer named MATTHEW COPE (he does a lot of work with Cirque du Soleil). In the full-size version, you can see that I'm actually sitting at a booth in a diner with my deck in a messy, face-up pile on the table in roughly the shape of a dinner plate. It was one of several weird shots we took for a show Matthew will be putting on sometime in the future. |

I knew there had to be a story there.
Thanks!
