This Wednesday Magician Nathan Burton will be kicking off his 7 7 1 Challenge at the Aladdin Desert Passage Mall.

For 7 days, Nathan will be with 7 Las Vegas Showgirls inside 1 box, hanging outside the "V" theater inside the Aladdins Desert passage mall.

I would like to invite you to come Wednesday at noon for the start of the Vegas Challenge. Get your picture taking with 7 beautiful showgirls for only $10 buck and help out the Clark County Department of Family Services "CHILD HAVEN". There will be many TV shows on hand at noon so we are hoping you could bring a friend and forward this to another friend.

Burton has bravely accepted the life-threatening challenge while
suspended in midair from March 9-15 in front of the V Theaterat the Desert Passage mall in the Aladdin Hotel and Casino on the Las Vegas strip.

Houdini submerged himself while shackled in chains; David Blaine was enclosed in a box by himself; but Nathan Burtonwill be accomplishing this feat Vegas-style-- sandwiched between seven sexy, scantily clad showgirls. No food, no water!

Will he WANT to come out after 7 days?

Is this a clown or a magician. I hope he's not a magician. If this is the best he can come up with.......

This was orginally supposed to be in conjunction with his appearance on the Wayne Newton Reality Show the Entertainer, seen on E at 10 on Sundays. I think once he got voted off, he was committed to the effect.

Nathan is a great magician with some very original creations. He was on one of the first Worlds Greatest Magic Specials back in the mid 90's and is currently one of the featured acts in the V, The Ultimate Variety Show in Vegas.

It was a shame seeing him voted off the week before the street entertaining episode. A magician would have cleaned house in that challenge.

Didn't blaine do this? and got things thrown at him q:-} or is it different, and just sounds the same? I am in no way trying to say he is a bad entertainer, but I do not see a point other than for publicity.

So do the showgirls get to eat... if not then it is showing that 8 people can do it... although I do not really get into these stunts, this would be the way to do it(with the showgirls)

Nathan has said that this is partly to poke fun at the ridiculosness of the Blaine stunt. It's a parody.
