I am most pleased mr dugdale is using cards that I sell in my wholesale shop. I can supply these fine cards to any of the magic men. Please be sending me private message and maybe we are able to do a good deal if you buy in bulk. These cards are best quality and excellent value.
Also I would like to say to all magic men that I am able to be supplying top quality fake and trickiness cards. You can have cards with two backs or two faces or maybe even more trickiness. It is up to you magic men. I am taking orders now. My daughters Rajni and Imani have been trained to make very best trickiness cards for you. Any orders can be delivered very quickly. Please allow time if you are ordering many of these decks at a time because my girls are only working 20 hours a day. Looking forward to welcoming magic men to my shop. We also have very special deal on cotton buds. Two packs for £1. |

Seems to be a high number of new posters...... No matter what he drives doesn't say a thing about being a good magician. Might have rich parents.

Maybe this is the best trick of the year if the card supplier is able to keep his girls working 20 HOURS a day making trick cards. MUST be a heck of a demand for these cards. Must be selling trick cards by the truckloads. Notice he said GIRLS not girl.
When do they sleep? And when they do sleep are they all decked out? |

I think this is the take-away. Hype can work against you. I have not heard of Chris Dugdale, nor have many. He could be very successful, or like the young man Daniel Tyler who was given the treatment on these boards, full of lies. I have no way of knowing. HOWEVER, when large claims are made without any sort of evidence, I know that most people will tend to be more skeptical than accepting.
And the picture proves nothing, one man is looking at the magician - whose face is not visible - with apparent suspicion and Jolie is looking to her handler's cueing them to help her get away...maybe. The point is, we have no evidence for either Mr. Dugdale's success or the quality of the effect other than a demo vid, and we all know how reliable they are. So, are there any people on here, who have reputations we can place into context, who know Chris? Anyone who has a history on the Café seen this thing? Until either occurs I think we are just spinning out wheels. |

I looked at the photo and it is very obvious Angela Jolly is effected magically by a trick. Her smile lights up the room. I imagine she was just looking away because she had important business to attend to and the bored guy is probably a bodygaurd or soemthing very important.
It took a lot of courage for Chris Dugdale to come here and defend himself like that and he gets my vote. I don't know him personally but that shows a lot of class. I am really hoping to get this in the morning. Zak the hat.. |

Zak,
I am surprised you registered in the Café (march 14) just to get into this thread. What have you been doing all these years ?? Four posts and all in this thread, you must like Chris Dugdale or his trick. :kewl: |

Zak,
I believe you could interpret the picture as you did. And I think I can interpet it another way. The point was, and I think you would have to agree, that a picture does not establish one's ability as a magician, their degree of success, not the quality of an effect they are marketing. Someone suggested the picture was evidence to that effect. It is not. So, back to the point, instead of relying on interpretations of photos and opinions of people with no history, anyone we know have any first hand experience with the man or his trick? Until we have that type of information we are doing both ourselves and Chris a disservice I think. |

Hi Zak,
You have now made 4 posts and each one has made an incorrect statement. The first 3 mis-quoted me and now you have said: Quote:

Not everything in life is black or white guys just like this thread. Mehats you are right I changed my photo from a holiday snap of me when I had a tan back to my usual pasty palor.
Jon, you are right that Chris has the right to reply to critism and his presence here is most welcome. He has manufactured a trick to share with the magic fraternity but there seems to be a lot of hostility aimed in his direction. Maybe it is jealousy of his success? I have seen him on TV before which for is the benchmark for success. In just 6 short hours I hope to have X-Stream in my hands. A review will be posted shortly afterwards. Zak the hat |
