This DVD kills! These guys are fantastic, I saw them live in sweden (El Duco's Magic Weekend) a few years back. don't miss the opportunity to watch them if you never have. The price might be a little high, but its worth it, the quality is crisp clear. Higly recommended.

Though it hasn't been updated since 2003. No news is listed for them, and e-mails on their flickingfingers accounts have not gained response. Smile

Hi, I was just wondering on this DVD do the tricks require gimmicks?
and if so, are there any that don't and arethere more gimmicks than none etc.?

Joker, in response to your question, the truth is that most of the tricks on this set DO require something other than coins, cards, and your charming personality. There are a couple of impromptu pieces and ideas on the dvd, but most require a set-up and/or gimmicks. That said, the routines are all professional caliber, so if you imagine yourself having a paying gig in the future or any other type of performance situation where using a lot of subterfuge is not so unreasonable, then you will be very happy with this dvd. But (and I know that I will take some flack for saying this) you do not want this dvd if you are looking for impromptu material. PM me and I would gladly discuss this in more depth.

This is a tremendous DVD; seems from their presentation these guys really love what they are doing. Apart from the pretty good instructional stuff, the performances themselves here are really really good. And in one of them, Gaston does a Cups & Balls routine filled with his imitations of various types of characters as to how they would perform the routine, ending with an imitation of Juan Tamariz which has to be seen to be believed!

This is the most enertaining DVD produced in my opinion. Only David Stone's real secrets of magic has come close in recent years in terms of production values.

I would agree.
