I didn't know were to put this, but I guess this is good a place as any. After a show somebody spilled their drink on my close up mat. I was wondering how you would wash it. I did not want to just throw it in the washing machine and destroy it. Any Suggestions?

Barely warm soapy water, wash by hand, rinse, dry flat between absorbent paper. Worked fine with mine
P.S. Don't iron it! |

Thanks for the image! I would not want to burn down the house.

Try a professional dry cleaner first. They are good at knowing how to remove stains and marks from various types of fabric.

Wahing a close-up mat can be like trying to wash a CAT... be careful.
Ever see a cat leave a kitchen sink, run up the wall across the ceiling and out the door?

Try a bit of water with Avon bubble bath in it. That stuff is great for cleaning things. (no, really it is!)
