I am currently learning the Whit Haydn routine, I was just curious to learn what your favorite routine is with this effect, another one that interests me is the Elmsly routine. Who has a favorite?

If I did not have my own routine, I would be seriously considering the Whit Haydn routine! His material is top-knotch.
Respectful regards, Paul Green PS I do not think that Whit would consider my routine in place of his! |

Alain Nu has a good routine on his video, using the York knives.
Where can I find the Haydn routine? Thanks, Michael |

Michael-
If you click on the School for Scoundrels link (in Whit's signature line of his above posts) and poke around, you'll come across a whole section of Whit's great material. The knife routine you are looking for is on a dvd called Intricate Web of Distration. Hope that helped you locate it. Matt |

Doc Eason has a take on Whit's routine. It is on his DVD "After all these years."
I like his routine because it takes the focus off the "this one is white, this one is black" patter. Check it out and I think you'll agree. |

I enjoy performing the daryle routine because the effect makes possible a mid color change moment and it had some nice work from ascanio's color changing knives routine as well.

How good are these MOGAR knives? I found them here:

They are excellent. The Bone knives are very beautiful, and look like your grandfather's knife.
I use both sets, the bone when dressed casually, and the black and white stag set when working in formal clothes. They are both very good sets. |

Where can I learn Whit's routine?
You know you are a magician when you have boxes full of lecture notes you have never read, but still are excited about going out and buying more.

The DVD "The Intrricate Web of Distraction" is devoted to my knife routine and is available at http://www.schoolforscoundrels.com or from your local dealer.
