I'm still new to these forum but have noticed that when people reply to the dullest, most serious topic, there's often a dry sharp humour injected.

Just curious.... do you think that there is a "type" of sense of humour common to most magicians?

I never really payed attention to much, but if this is so its probably because certain types of humour translate to writing easier than others.

Magicians come in all shapes and sizes. The comedy you portray depends on the individual. Are you a funny person?...in what ways are you funny? These are the questions you gotta ask yourself. It's best to develope your "natural" funny. Are you quick wit?...goofy funny?...joke funny? Once you find a type your comfortable with start focusing on that kind of humor and sharpen those skills

Always write down your funny ideas...always!
Believe in yourself and the magic will come.
