I am starting to do a lot of kids shows now and it is a lot of fun!
But sad to say, my elbow is starting to cause me a bit of pain!
I think it is RSI from using my balloon pump.
Has anyone had the same problem and how have you fixed it!

Chronic injuries, such as you describe, develop over a period of time and require complete rest and a change in form to heal. Check your form, i.e. is your elbow at an odd angle when you are inflating balloons? If it is, adjust it. Also, rest your elbow. Try using your other arm.

It would be best for you to see a titled doctor for a more precise diagnosis and treatment plan.

You might want to consider an electric pump to inflate your balloons.
