I don't quite understand Erdnase's explanation of the "2-handed shift" in the Artifice section "Classic pass". I don't have the book here with me, but I remember him saying something about pressing the original lower packet down with the left thumb after the original top lacket has been carried off with the pinky and other left fingers. I'm unsure as to where you are pressing. Are you pressing with the ball of the thumb, base of the thump, or near one of the joints of the thumb? Any comments? Maybe I could show you a video of me trying to do it in slow-mo and you could give me a few commentaries. Thanks |
