I would appreciate your suggestions for purchasing (apparatus/routines) for the following:

Ring Flight
Torn and Restore Card
Card to Wallet
Torn and Restore Newspaper
Miser's Dream

Thanks very much.

Brian,

In order for us to give more informed opinions, you might give us a little more information. Things that might be useful:
- Your current perceived skill level
- Your fondness for pure sleights vs. gimmicks, if any
- Your intended performance venues (close-up, parlor, stage)
- Your need for easy set-up and/or reset time
- Your price range (there are miser's dream gimmicks in the thousands, or you can do a routine with sleights and a sand pail for about two bucks)

As you can see, the answers to your questions will depend a whole lot on what you intend to do with the above routines.
Was that meant to be edible?

Yes, Please tell us more. With some items such as misers dream, card to wallet, and torn and restored effect you could pick them up in a book.

All of your tricks are good quality magic but none are really for a beginner (which is why you got mostly questions for responses). I'd say the selections were from medium to advanced skill level and have all been used professionally by magicians who earn all or part of their living from magic.

I do appreciate you using a name rather than a silly screen name. Looking forward to your response.
