Can anyone recommend an online resource for topical humor. I remember the old Orben newsletter that used to come in the mail every other week and am in a need for something simplar to take it's place. Thnaks.

If you're interested in writing your own topical humor, you'll get all the info you need by checking out newsmax.com, and seeing the past week's monologues of all the late night hosts. (when you get to newsmax, go to late-nigh one-liners) It's multi-purposed: #1, seeing what the most talked-about news stories of the week are.... #2, how each host has "found the funny" within the story (it should give you ideas of your own)... and #3, where they have taken the story (since the monologues are chronologically listed) throughout the week, as the stories developed.
