Did you know that every magic trick can be replicated using the Out To Lunch principle?
Sawing in half?-yes
linking rings?-yes
vanishes?- yes
appearances?- yes
transpositions?- yes with 2 otl. setups
levitation?- yes
transformation?- yes
Is their anything that cannot be done using this?

Where do I find out more info on the Out To Lunch principle? I know what the application is for one type of card effect but do not know the underlying principle. Can anybody help?

Samuel,

I guess I am a little confused, as the application of the "out to lunch" principle in a card effect would be the same for the others listed. It's a matter of application and expansion of the basic premise...

Chad,

Yep, you can even do one-card monte.

Custom applications of the principle are great for trade show workers. Logos, slogans, etc. can appear. And, it makes a great, low cost giveaway.

I did this years ago for a major brewing company with "When you're out of Schlitz, you're out of beer."

Kinda scary, when you think of it:

Seigfreid and Roy wasted millions, when -- for just a couple of bucks . . . .
