Does this require sleight of hand? Does the other boxes? I can't do sleight of hand and I am looking for these type of tricks. Like you got small props and they do big things. Can someone help me out here please? Looking to put a routine together with small props even I can carry around but looks wonderful. Thanks in advance.......

Yes they all need sleight of hand to use properly. They range from easy to hard.
The best source to learn it is David Roth's video on coin box magic. |

Unless you unfortunately have some kind of physical disability preventing you from doing sleight of hand .You should try learning sleight of hand.Bobo,s Coin Magic book is a great if not the best book to start with.If you do have some kind of a dis ability then possibly David Copperfields'PROJECT MAGIC guide (I believe produced by Richard Kaufman ) may very possibly be therapeutically useful to you.Another option if you want to perform miracles with out sleight of hand is getting into mentalism,There are many effects in mentalism requiring small objects and more stress on psychological dexterity versus physical dexterity.Even the self-working gaffed coin tricks still require using the hands. If you can use your hands please don't't be intimidated by sleight of hand. Even if you just learn the Classic Palm (page 1 in Bobo's Coin Magic) you will have opened the door to an ifinite array of magical effects you can do with small objects like coins, balls ,dice etc. I guarantee you will get more satisfaction performing with this new found skill .Its not really difficult to learn. Just takes practice .GOOD LUCK

Some magicians thinking is why would you introduce a prop like that to hold your coins? However, it is one of my favorite routines, and I think people expect some weird props from a magician, and this immediately draws interest, and it can be examined. As stated earlier in this thread, I also think the Roth routines are the best thinking on the handling you can imagine.
